Details: We are currently inviting for the position of E-commerce Systems Architect to join our team. This is a key role responsible for shaping and maintaining the target IT architecture across all critical systems that support our retail and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of modern digital commerce infrastructure and will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.

Requirements

Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or fintech industries
Participation in projects involving omnichannel architecture, CRM/CDP, ERP, WMS, and OMS implementation
Experience in building and optimizing e-commerce infrastructure (CMS, PIM, OMS, payment gateways, marketplaces)
Basic understanding of information security (encryption, authentication, PCI DSS, GDPR)
Solid understanding of architectural styles such as microservices, SOA, and API-first
Proven ability to work with business stakeholders, top management, and third-party vendors
Leadership skills: ability to oversee a team of analysts, developers, and integrators
English proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation and vendors
Familiarity with products such as 1C, SAP, Magento, Salesforce, Mindbox, Odoo, or similar is a plus

Functions

Develop and maintain the target architecture of the company’s IT landscape, including ERP, CRM, WMS, OMS, CMS, PIM, CDP, and POS systems
Define integration principles between internal systems and external services (payments, marketplaces, logistics providers, banks)
Analyze business processes in retail and e-commerce operations
Create technical documentation and architectural diagrams
Oversee quality control during implementation
Monitor SLA compliance and performance of IT services
Ensure system reliability and redundancy for critical infrastructure
Collaborate with business units (retail, marketing, e-commerce, finance) to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Present architectural solutions to management and key stakeholders
