Post-Market Surveillance Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

Create, review and update PMS plans and PMS reports.
Act as contact person for PMS issues and cooperate with various company departments, such as marketing, research, development and sales
Compile, coordinate and evaluate post-market activities, such as market monitoring studies (PMCF)
Define, commission or perform data analyses
Evaluate analyzed data, identify and report new risks and trends
Plan and facilitate regular coordination meetings between clinical evaluation, risk management and post-market surveillance
Continuous optimization of PMS-related processes and procedures

Your Skills

Technical or scientific university degree or comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in a comparable position in medical technology is desirable
Ideally, knowledge of MDR as well as other international laws and standards in the medical device environment
Strong communication skills and significant quality awareness
Careful, self-reliant and solution-oriented work ethic
Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
Very good command of written and spoken English
