Product Owner (m/f/d)
- Development and continuous refinement of the product vision in close alignment with stakeholders such as customers, users, and management
- Gathering, evaluating, and prioritizing customer requirements, and deriving and defining technical specifications for software development
- Organizing and facilitating coordination meetings with key stakeholders such as software development, business analysis, and Scrum Masters to ensure a shared product vision and consistent product development
- Identifying and analyzing cross-team and cross-product dependencies; jointly coordinating measures to leverage synergies and avoid conflicting objectives
- Collaborating with other Product Owners to define, coordinate, and monitor development processes to ensure high-quality and timely product deliveries
- Designing technical solution concepts for new functionalities with the goal of continuous product improvement
- Prioritizing the product backlog based on business value and relevance; planning sprints and releases in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
- At least five years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills across various stakeholder groups
- High level of attention to detail and a structured approach to work, especially when managing complex projects
- Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO or PSPO) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), combined with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and their practical application
