- As an Executive Assistant, you are part of the HR & Organisation team and are responsible for supporting the Executive Management and the Advisory Board
- You will take on general assistance tasks, such as coordinating appointments and organising and preparing meetings
- One focus of your work will be on travel organisation You will plan, book and invoice business trips (flights, rail, hotels, rental cars)
- You will develop a global travel policy with a view to the future, which supports our employees with their travel plans
- You will be responsible for organising and preparing internal/external events and surveys as well as their follow-up
- In the area of building management, you will be responsible for coordinating service providers and monitoring building operations and any maintenance work that may be required
- You will also support the HR & Organisation team with administrative tasks and participate in exciting projects
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in an assistant function, in travel organisation and/or in HR work
- You communicate confidently in German and English
- You are experienced in using all common MS Office applications
- You are characterised by a high degree of trustworthiness and discretion, especially when dealing with sensitive and personal data
- You have a structured, organised and conscientious way of working
- You have an independent yet team-oriented working style and proactive thinking skills
