Your Tasks Your Qualifications
- Manage PMO Standards Continuous improve and manage our PMO framework, including standard methods, templates, and best practices for transformation projects
- Ensure everyone follows our project rules and governance
- Oversee Transformation Portfolio Help manage our portfolio of transformation projects, including priorities, resource allocation, and tracking dependencies
- Reporting & Analytics Design and maintain dashboards and metrics to give real-time visibility into project status and performance
- Prepare and present regular reports and executive summaries for Transformation Office leadership and senior management
- Analyse project data to spot trends, issues, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven recommendations
- Manage a central hub for all project documents and reports
- Create ad-hoc reports as needed to support strategic decisions
- Assist Transformation Leads Support Transformation Leads and Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing their initiatives effectively
- Help facilitate key meetings and reviews, ensuring clear outcomes and action items
- Provide guidance and coaching on PMO processes, tools, and best practices to project teams
- Assist in identifying and resolving roadblocks and challenges that impact project delivery
- Manage Risks & Issues Set up and oversee processes for identifying, assessing, and managing program and project risks and issues
- Drive Improvement Continuously look for ways to make our PMO processes and tools better
- Lead small Transformation Projects
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of PMO experience, ideally supporting major transformation programs
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent skills with project management software and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work well with all levels of staff, including senior leadership
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
