Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist (all genders)

Your future tasks:

Compensation System Professionalization:

  • Lead the development and enhancement of a structured, transparent, and equitable global compensation framework.
  • Continue the implementation and maintenance of job grading and salary band structures that align with industry benchmarks and business needs.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
  • Develop and manage incentive structures, salary progression models, and performance-based compensation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international compensation regulations and reporting requirements.

Global Benefits Review & Implementation:

  • Conduct global benefits assessments to evaluate effectiveness, competitiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop recommendations for benefits enhancements, including health and wellness programs, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Drive the implementation of new benefits programs, ensuring smooth rollouts and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Partner with local HR teams to adapt global benefits strategies to regional requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in employee benefits, ensuring ongoing program optimization.

Annual Salary Increase Cycle & Bonus Program Management:

  • Oversee and manage the annual salary increase cycle, ensuring alignment with market trends, budget considerations, and internal policies.
  • Lead the administration of the annual bonus program, including calculation methodologies, eligibility criteria, and payout execution.
  • Collaborate with finance and payroll to ensure accurate and timely execution of salary adjustments and bonus payments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on budget allocations and reward structures.

Strategic Advisory & Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Provide expert guidance to leaders and the HRBPs on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to align compensation and benefits initiatives with corporate objectives.
  • Lead internal communication efforts to ensure employees understand and appreciate their total rewards package.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compensation & benefits, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, market pricing tools, and compensation frameworks.
  • Experience in benefits analysis, vendor management, and global benefits harmonization.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and compensation software (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, or similar tools).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with international labor laws and compliance regulations related to compensation and benefits.
