Your tasks:

Management of projects to optimize productivity, processes and procedures with a focus on increasing value and efficiency
Monitoring the sustainability of implemented measures
Moderation of workshops and support of teams to optimize process flows and accompaniment of the teams to self-organization and independent success control
Concept development and implementation of tools and processes to increase efficiency and value, Creation of process documentation
Analysis of existing business processes, identification of bottlenecks and vulnerabilities and of the process organization and identification of potential for improvement
Support of the programmes and projects in the implementation of the process organisation
Collaborate with relevant departments to successfully implement process changes

Your profile

Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or comparable qualification
Good knowledge of product development and the project delivery process, demonstrable experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
Fluent in English (written and spoken), German language Skills minimum B2
Knowledge of process management methods and tools (Six Sigma, Lean Management)
Worldwide willingness to travel
Strong service orientation and high persuasiveness, strong moderation and presentation skills as well as good negotiation and conversation skills
