Develop and execute procurement strategies for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) parts, materials, and services
Optimize existing contracts to achieve cost efficiency and reliability
Manage the full lifecycle of MRO contracts from negotiation to renewal and termination
Monitor and evaluate contract performance to ensure compliance and value delivery
Oversee and maintain relationships with the MRO supplier base
Implement supplier performance programs to ensure quality and efficiency
Utilize data from the MRO information system to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage risks
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Ihr Profil

Completed relevant studies or training in the field
5-8 years of work experience in Procurement and Contract Management in the Aircraft Component Support business or in the aviation MRO industry
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent IT skills (MS Office), SAP is a plus
English business level skills, other language skills e.g., German or French are welcome
High professional commitment and an international mindset
Willingness to travel
