Establish and manage a global virtual Rail Campus offering rail qualification and in-house training programs
Analyze market needs and internal requirements, creating tailored qualification programs for all rail technical domains, like Rail Automation, Signalling, Rolling Stock and further
Furthermore align qualification and training programs to support authorization for own experts globally
Review, update and enhance existing portfolio, ensuring alignment with market need and internal requirements
Build and maintain a network of partners, including universities, customer qualification departments and training organizations
Recruit and onboard program contributors, such as trainers and content creators.
Act as interface to external and internal suppliers, such as academies, to ensure effective collaboration and program support
Plan and execute the successful rollout of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
Several years of professional experience in education management, corporate training, or similar roles with a focus on virtual learning environments
Proven ability to analyze market trends and internal needs to develop educational programs
Strong project management skills with experience in large-scale initiatives
Demonstrated success in building and managing partnerships with (external) educational institutions, training organizations, and other key stakeholders
Experience in recruiting and managing teams of trainers, content creators or similar roles
Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS)
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage strategic goals and day-to-day operations
Fluent in German and English language, written and spoken
