We are seeking a Senior General Ledger Accountant to join our dynamic team in Berlin on a permanent contract. This is your opportunity to play a key role in a thriving international company, where your expertise will directly contribute to financial excellence and strategic growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

Independently manage balance sheet accounting for our corporate entities.
Prepare individual financial statements monthly and annually according to IFRS, and coordinate activities for the group’s annual financial statements.
Collaborate with Group Reporting to ensure accurate account frameworks and support group consolidation.
Lead and manage projects such as SAP optimization, migration, and company setup.
Act as the main point of contact for auditors and tax advisors.
Oversee the operational management of the General Ledger area, continuously developing and improving existing processes

Your Profile

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification.
At least 8-10 years’ experience in balance sheet accounting.
Deep expertise in IFRS and HGB (Germany’s commercial code).
Strong command of SAP ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Fluent in both German and English.
