We are seeking a strategic, organised, and highly proactive Team Lead Project Management to drive the success of our marketing communications initiatives. This role will oversee the project management team but, also operate project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure each campaign aligns with our brand and communication goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach.

Team Lead (f/m/x) Project Management in Marketing Communications
Your responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Strategy Develop detailed project plans and timelines for multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, etc.).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, KPIs, and communication strategies.
  • Identify key project milestones, set deliverable deadlines, and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  • Leadership, Execution & Coordination Lead the project management team both disciplinary and technically, setting annual goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance and feedback.
  • Ensure the efficient execution of project and service requests from our business lines, affiliates, and other stakeholders, maintaining high quality and consistency.
  • Act as the central point of contact between creative, content, and digital teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks, monitor project progress, and adjust timelines or resources as needed to meet project goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure deliverables are on-brand, on-message, and on-time.
  • Budget & Resource Management Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Provide regular budget and resource updates to leadership and make recommendations for efficiencies.
  • Quality Control & Optimisation Review all project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
  • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve project workflows and communication effectiveness.
  • Post-campaign, analyse performance metrics and document learnings to optimize future campaigns
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Prepare regular project updates, report on progress, and communicate any risks or roadblocks to leadership.
  • Facilitate project meetings, capture actionable takeaways, and ensure clarity across all teams.
  • Create post-project reports with key insights, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
Your profile
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing international and multilingual marketing campaigns as a project manager, preferably within marketing communications, advertising, or a related field. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like MS Dynamics is considered a plus.
  • Leadership: At least two years of leadership experience, with a strong ability to motivate, guide, and develop a project management team.
  • Project Management Skills: PMP or equivalent certificated project manager with proven work experience with project management tools (MS Teams, Smartsheet, Planner, etc.) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and content marketing principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset; able to think critically and provide actionable insights.
