Your Responsibilities

Identify international business and market opportunities for SPORTFIVE (e.g., emerging sports, sports rightsholders, business models, geographical markets, products, and services)
Take ownership of specific business development focus areas and lead individual projects (including sports rights acquisitions, investments, and M&A)
Conduct structured research, including trend, market, and competitor analyses
Prepare and deliver high-impact pitches and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Support colleagues within the department and collaborate with SPORTFIVE's global Business Development teams on new projects
Contribute to a high-performance, diverse, and collaborative team culture within the global organization

Your Profile

University degree in business administration, economics, finance, marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution-or equivalent professional experience
At least two years of professional experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment such as management consulting, investment banking, tech startups, or a similar field
Experience in the sports, entertainment, or media industry is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity about market trends, customer needs, and innovative business models
Strong understanding of brand and marketing strategies in the sports sector
Analytical mindset with experience working with data sets-knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., AI) is a plus
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
International and intercultural experience is valued
Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Business fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic) are a plus
