Magnet Expert for future projects within the Accelerator Division

Completed academic education with PhD in physics, engineering or equivalent area or equivalent expertise, skills, and experience
Proven track record of extensive experience in as many of the following topics as possible: design & construction of conventional and innovative resistive magnets, permanent magnet systems, design & construction of electromagnetic systems for accelerators, magnetic field calculations, magnetic measurements and analysis
Understanding of as many of the following topics as possible: physics and engineering of accelerator magnet systems and insertion devices, basic operation of accelerators and the influence of magnet, design and assembly errors
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
Experience of project management and planning
Ability to find solutions together in a team
