As a Product Management Leader Film & DI you will be responsible for:

Accountable for the overall Film & DI product roadmap. The film to digital conversion strategy as well as the digital roadmap of the SBU are key responsibilities.
Articulating and presenting the SBU strategy and MGPP, key stakeholder in the Long Range Planning of the SBU. Ensuring VOC is captured in the product roadmap.
Driving timely execution of NPI programs.
Developing new technology pipeline (NTI's).
Supporting Waygate initiatives such as LCM VSM, MyWaygate, e-commerce.
Ensuring alignment with overall inspection Digital & Automation initiatives.
Ensuring cross SBU collaboration / best practice sharing
Managing resources in the PM team and ensure succession planning is in place.
Managing key partnerships.

To be successful in your role

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Product Management.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
