Deine Aufgaben

Du berätst unsere Partner strategisch und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter.
Du führst ein mehrköpfiges Account-Team und förderst deren fachliche & persönliche Entwicklung.
Du planst, steuerst und kontrollierst komplexe Social-Media-Projekte und Kampagnen.
Du identifizierst Wachstumspotenziale und entwickelst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Budgets und Timelines sicher.
Du baust langfristige Partnerbeziehungen auf und pflegst dein professionelles Netzwerk.

Dein Profil

Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der strategischen Partnerführung und im Projektmanagement mit, vorzugsweise im Social Media und Agenturumfeld.
Du hast nachweislich bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und die Fähigkeit, diese zu motivieren und zu entwickeln.
Du denkst strategisch, handelst eigenverantwortlich und passt hervorragend zu unserer offenen, teamorientierten Unternehmenskultur.
Du kennst die Social Media Landschaft und aktuelle Trends.
Du bist bekannt für deine hervorragenden Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten. Analytisches Denken, Proaktivität und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verhandlungssicher Englisch.
Du bist gerne im Berliner Office - nicht jeden Tag, aber auch nicht nur einmal im Jahr. Wie oft? Das klärst du eigenverantwortlich mit deinem Team.

Your tasks

You provide strategic advice to our partners and continuously develop them.
You lead a multi-member account team and promote their professional and personal development.
You plan, manage, and monitor complex social media projects and campaigns.
You identify growth potentials and develop new business opportunities.
You ensure adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
You build long-term partner relationships and maintain your professional network.

Your profile

You have at least 5 years of experience in strategic partner management and project management, preferably in the social media and agency environment.
You have proven experience in leading teams and the ability to motivate and develop them.
You think strategically, act independently, and fit excellently into our open, team-oriented corporate culture.
You are familiar with the social media landscape and current trends.
You are known for your excellent communication and negotiation skills. Analytical thinking, proactivity, and a solution-oriented approach are a matter of course for you.
You speak fluent German and business-fluent English.
You enjoy being in our Berlin office - not every day, but also not just once a year. How often? You clarify that independently with your team.
