Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of LucaNet
Ensure that systems are tailored to fulfill business requirements and adhere to industry standards
Address and resolve any ERP system-related issues
Design, document, and implement comprehensive accounting and finance processes
Ensure that processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with applicable regulations and standards
Monitor compliance with established processes throughout the organization and take corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Accounting and Tax, along with other key stakeholders, to align system functionalities with business goals
Act as the primary contact for inquiries related to ERP systems and process support
Identify areas for process improvements and system upgrades
Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements in ERP systems
Lead initiatives to integrate new features and functionalities that enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance systems management or a similar role, with a focus on LucaNet and ERP systems
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Great presentation and communication skills to advice senior management stakeholders
Excellent German language skills (native level or C1)
